Westville...

Well... I am not quite sure if have told all of you this but I thought that it was about time that I did :D I am a Civil War re-enactor. A couple of months ago I went with my mom and our friend Ms. Lora to an out of state Civil war re-enactment... In Westville Georgia :D At this re-enactment we were playing first person... that means that we had to act as if we were in the 19th century... We were even given names... My name was Mary Singer. I was the only girl in the WHOLE ENTIRE TOWN that weekend... there were about seven other young boys there too. I went to school and I went to church, I went visiting with our neighbors and a lot of other thing too. On Friday night at five o'clock the re-enactment *went live* so at that time all of the re-enactors were in period correct clothes and the whole town was acting as if they were in the 19th century :D it was soo much fun. Saturday there were "Modern" people visiting the site... but they all left around 5:00pm, on Sunday it was only re-enactors until 2:00 when everybody started packing up. I think that being a Civil War re-enactor is really fun! You get to meet new people and make new friends... I am very glad that I am a re-enactor. I took a lot of pictures while I was there.

I thought that tis sighn was sooo cool because it remindes me of Anne of Green Gables :D

This is the road you take to the Singer house (our house), at the Yellow building you turn left and there is our little blue house :D ( the yellow building is the school).
I can't remember where this is but isn't it pretty?
This is inside the school..
This is all three of us.. on the left is Ms. Lora, in the middle is Mother and on the right is me :D
This big building is the court house... and yes.. there were horses!
This is inside our car....

I sat in the back :D with all of this stuff.

in 2010 we are going to go back to Westville... I can't wait!
